Refund and Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. KAMAKSHI NYC WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS WITH ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE.

To be eligible for an exchange you must email us within the first 7 days upon receiving your order at kamakshinyc@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damage item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, only then we will refund the whole purchase of your item.
